September 2017, We are delighted to announce that, after an extensive and thorough interview process, we have, yet again, achieved Investors in People Gold. This was our third assessment since being initially recognised as an Investor in People organisation back in 2010.

This latest accreditation, running until 2020, is a tribute to the collective effort of the PMI team, the way they operate and the values that drive us all forward.

June 2014, We’ve joined the exclusive 7% club

We are thrilled to announce that PMI has been awarded the Investors in People Gold standard, joining the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who believe in realising the potential of their people.

Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

Commenting on the award, Rich Seddon, Managing Partner, said:

“We take our obligations to our people very seriously. We are all extremely proud of this achievement.

It is important to us to have a clear vision, strategy, direction and purpose which is shared with and owned by our people.

As a proven organisational development framework, Investors in People and its accreditation process has really helped us to focus on our people, to help them achieve their full potential, enhance performance and meet our business goals.”

About PMI and Investors in People

PMI was first assessed by Investors in People back in 2010 when the business achieved the Bronze level of recognition.

Since that time PMI has been working hard to implement the Investors in People’s Assessor recommendations for improvement in order to achieve this newly acquired Gold standard.

PMI retains the Gold standard for 3 years.
